Before Picture, 4 Weeks Into the Program

So far PTWT (that would be short for Potty Training - Weight Training if you're in the know) has 7 followers. One is my sister, and another better be my husband. Roughly one-third of my loyal following (that would be two people) asked, "Where are your before pics?" Frankly, I didn't want to show them. But I suppose it only makes sense since I'm attempting to get in the best shape of my life to have a "before" and "after" shot...so here you go.

What? The picture's not real clear? It's far away and a bit grainy? Bummer. No idea how that happened. I really did want it come come out crystal clear.
