My goal for the holidays...maintain. I've lost 25 lbs. and am in the smallest size ever, so things are good as long as we keep it that way. With endless parties and cookies already starting to creep into the picture, keep the goal in mind is key. Weighing myself more than the usual once per week has helped focus, and having an entire group (ECC baby!) to work out with in the morning rocks. I have to keep reminding myself status quo is not enough. Sunday, December 13, 2009

That is so true. To compete we do have to go beyond status quo. 25 pounds is amazing, Cissy! WTG!
Great job so far. I understand how tempting the holidays can be, so keeping your weight in check is hard no matter what.
Keep up the good work and I'm sure you'll kill in the competition
25 lbs is amazing! I just weighed myself this morning. I covered my eyes nervously, and peeked through my fingers to see I've only gained 1 lb since the beginning of November! Not sure how that happened, but I must be doing something right. Hope you've been able to maintain as well! :)
