Maintaining: Loving *Real* Food Again

My goal for the holidays...maintain. I've lost 25 lbs. and am in the smallest size ever, so things are good as long as we keep it that way. With endless parties and cookies already starting to creep into the picture, keep the goal in mind is key. Weighing myself more than the usual once per week has helped focus, and having an entire group (ECC baby!) to work out with in the morning rocks. I have to keep reminding myself status quo is not enough.
