When I was bodybuilding I actually took a semester of BALLET at community college.  You can join a karate class at every dojo who offers a free class, trust me it&amp;#39;s a good workout.  The ballet helped me get SO cut AND helped my posing.  In the old days before there were 32,000 different types of exercize, we would grab a diff workout partner (mine were all men) and do THEIR workout for a few days.  You can do this. Plateaus are normal, so is workout fatigue. A few years ago I bought a step and step aerobics video and began using them again because the stationary bike was getting old.  Step aerobics is great cardio and is a great workout for legs too.  I also began doing plyometrics which in a short amount of time gives you a great muscle building and cardio workout.  See Jamie Eason&amp;#39;s website for a workout or just search the net.  When I am at the gym I like to switch machines, spend 10 minutes on one, 15 on another.  You could also jump rope which will really get your heart rate going.
